Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the NOUV Gallery website and the NOUV mobile application. By using NOUV you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

01 The Service

NOUV is a mobile gallery for living artists and people who love looking at art. The website exists to present the app and to send you to the App Store or Google Play. Features inside the app may change as we ship updates.

02 Accounts

You are responsible for the account you create and for any activity under it. Keep your sign-in details safe. You must be old enough to use the stores in your country. You may delete your account from inside the app (Settings > Delete Account).

03 Artwork & Conduct

If you publish work, you confirm you have the right to show it. Publishing is intended for artists; pieces may be reviewed so the gallery stays a gallery. We may remove work or restrict accounts that break the law, impersonate others, harass, spam, or dump content that does not belong in an art gallery.

  • Do not upload work you do not have rights to.
  • Do not attempt to scrape, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Treat other artists and viewers with the same care you would in a physical exhibition.

04 License You Grant Us

You keep your copyright. By posting, you give NOUV a non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote that work inside the app and in reasonable marketing of the gallery (for example, a screenshot of the feed). You can remove work or delete your account to stop future display from our side, subject to caches and backups that expire in the ordinary course.

05 Purchases & Palette

Downloading NOUV is free. Optional Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google and follow their refund rules. Palette is an in-app reward used inside the community; it is not cash, has no guaranteed exchange rate, and may change. A “For Sale” mark on a work does not by itself complete a purchase until a paid checkout path is actually offered in the app.

06 Intellectual Property of NOUV

The NOUV name, wordmark, and product design belong to us. You may not copy the app, the site, or our marks except as the law allows.

07 Disclaimer

NOUV is provided as-is. We work to keep it stable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service, that every artwork is authentic, or that AR placement will suit every room or device.
